01

Soft Skills

The behaviours that never appear in a job description but decide who gets trusted with the difficult project.

  • Listening that changes what you do next
  • Giving and taking feedback without flinching
  • Emotional intelligence and self-regulation
  • Collaboration, adaptability and problem solving
  • Disagreeing with someone senior
02

Corporate Skills

Every workplace runs on conventions nobody writes down. We make them explicit, so capable people stop losing credibility to things they were never told.

  • Workplace etiquette and professionalism
  • Meeting, calendar and channel conventions
  • Client conduct, hosting and business travel
  • Working across cultures and time zones
  • Time, priority and commitment management
03

Business Communication

For people whose emails get misread, whose updates get skimmed and whose meetings run long. Structure before style.

  • Email and written updates that survive a skim
  • Structuring a message under time pressure
  • Reports, proposals and executive summaries
  • Running a meeting that ends in decisions
  • Delivering difficult or unwelcome news
04

Personality Development

Not a makeover. A working understanding of how you come across, where it helps you, where it doesn't, and what you can change deliberately.

  • Self-awareness and honest feedback
  • Body language, eye contact and stillness
  • Assertiveness without aggression
  • Grooming, first impressions and personal brand
  • Mindset, confidence and limiting beliefs
05

Campus to Corporate Readiness

Students arrive able to do the work and unprepared for the workplace around it. This closes that gap before the offer letter, not after.

  • Resumes, interviews and group discussions
  • Aptitude for the room: presence and poise
  • Workplace email, tone and escalation
  • Deadlines, ownership and asking for help
  • Taking feedback from a first manager
06

Public Speaking & Presentation

Presence isn't charisma, it's control — of structure, breath, pace and the pause. Participants present repeatedly and watch themselves back each time.

  • Opening lines that buy you attention
  • Voice, pace, stance and the working pause
  • Slide design that supports the speaker
  • Handling hostile or hijacking questions
  • Video feedback on every attempt
07

Generative AI for Daily Usage

No hype, no model trivia. Participants bring three tasks they do every week and leave having rebuilt them with AI.

  • Prompting for drafting, editing and summarising
  • Research, analysis and meeting notes
  • Checking output before you send it on
  • Confidentiality: what stays out of the tool
  • Building a reusable prompt library for your team

Not sure which one fits?

Tell us the problem you're seeing — the meetings that drift, the graduates who stall, the team avoiding AI. We'll tell you which program fits, or that none of them do.

Talk it through

Coaching

Beyond the workshop.

For individuals and leaders who need a specific shift rather than a syllabus, we also work one-to-one.

Mindset Coaching

One-to-one work on limiting beliefs, confidence and clarity of purpose — the foundation every other skill sits on. Led by Dr. Saraswathi Bhasin.

Leadership Development

For new and mid-level managers: delegation, difficult conversations, feedback, influence without authority and leading through change.

Formats

Delivered the way your people can actually attend.

Practice needs a room, real or virtual. We cap cohorts so everyone speaks and gets coached — a session where half the group watches is a talk, not training.

In-person workshop

Full or half-day at your site. The strongest format for public speaking, difficult conversations and presence.

8–20 participants

Virtual live cohort

Short sessions spread over weeks, with practice in between. Works across locations and shift patterns.

8–16 participants

Hybrid program

Virtual for input and assessment, in-person for the practice that needs a room. Our default for longer tracks.

4–12 weeks

Keynote or masterclass

A single high-energy session for a conference, offsite or campus event. Sets direction; won't change behaviour on its own.

45–120 minutes

One-to-one coaching

For leaders preparing a specific moment — a board presentation, a keynote, a new role, a difficult quarter.
